🎯 Skills Required:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux operating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of networking (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN).
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Remote Desktop tools, and ITSM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle International Voice and Non-Voice support.

📜 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or IT-related certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support, Service Desk, or IT Help Desk.
  • International Voice Process experience is mandatory.
  • IT certifications like CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation are an added advantage.
