• Communicate regularly with management on status, risks, and change control
• Document, follow up with internal / external members at Amazon
• Identify, communicate, and solve problems in a timely manner
• Contribute to improvements in processes by identifying any issues and proposing enhancements
• Work with key stakeholders for requirements and set up the delivery plan considering resource and timeline
• Partner closely with Program Managers with guidance on protocol/process development and schedule for future projects

About the team
Astro is Amazon’s first household robot to use AI and Intelligent Motion to gracefully and intuitively interact with people and spaces. It is a different kind of robot, one that’s designed to help customers with a range of tasks like home monitoring and keeping in touch with family. It brings together new advancements in artificial intelligence, computer vision, sensor technology, voice and edge computing in a package that’s designed to be helpful and convenient.
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Coordinator to join our rapidly growing Devices team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, detail-oriented, good with people, and comfortable working with participants in the field. This position requires the ability to work efficiently with guided direction from the manager, the capacity to work quickly, and be flexible while delivering results. Having an eye for small-scale process improvement is preferred. The Program Coordinator will need to learn quickly about well-defined processes and support team members on daily tasks. S/he should be proactive in surfacing issues to manager/peers and be able to identify any gaps in tools and processes. In addition, s/he should be able be able to communicate clearly with internal team members and stakeholders and support the team in delivering small initiatives goals and project-related metrics

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• A graduate in any engineering and business operations. Quantitative fields such as science and engineering preferred but not mandatory • Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc. are required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Flexibility and Interest to do repetitive tasks is required • High level of energy and proactive nature. A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential
