Relationship Executives must handle calls from Premium account holder clients relating to Banking Merchandise, customer support issues and Generate Lead of Banking merchandise like Private Mortgage, Dwelling Mortgage, Basic insurance coverage, Bank card, Auto Mortgage and so forth.

Roles & Tasks

• Relationship Administration – To develop and strengthen buyer relationships via efficient relationship administration in accordance with the enterprise objectives
• Shopper Outreach – Handle the portfolio via consumer outreach and steady monitoring of consumer relationship together with product, portfolio and banking wants
