• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a sales environment.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations and building rapport.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen, empathize, and clearly articulate information.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to finding solutions for customers.
