Responsibilities of Candidates:
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
- Age between 18 to 30 years.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one regional language (Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada).
- Ability to empathize with customers and resolve queries efficiently.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic computer skills preferred.
