🛒 Responsibilities
As a Quality Manager at Amazon Fresh, your key responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting perishable items like meat, seafood, eggs, fruits, and vegetables during the inbound process at distribution centers (LPC), spokes (UFF-FCs), and vendor points.
- Rejecting damaged or defective goods and recording these rejections by item/vendor/quantity.
- Auditing quality standards during picking and packing.
- Ensuring adherence to Amazon’s packaging guidelines.
- Performing weekly audits of storage bins and sharing reports.
- Training associates on SOPs, food safety, and quality best practices.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Science/Food Tech preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cold-chain environments
