📋 Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at ClearDesk, your primary role will be to ensure excellent customer support through effective communication and scheduling. Key tasks include:

  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
  • Managing caregiver communications
  • Resolving patient inquiries and adjusting schedules in real-time
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions

  • College degree (preferably in accounting or finance)
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable handling calls and using time-tracking tools (e.g., Hubstaff)
  • Prior experience in scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Familiarity with healthcare, MCOs, or software like Wellsky is a plus
  • Tech-savvy: must know Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools

Clearances Required:

  • NBI or Police Clearance
  • Proof of previous employment separation
