Sutherland is seeking candidates for International Non-Voice Support. You will be responsible for handling real-time chat and voice calls, resolving customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
✨ Responsibilities:
- Handle chat and email support for international clients
- Assist customers with queries and issues in a timely manner
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow communication protocols and process documentation
✅ Job Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate (Fresher or with up to 5 years of experience)
- Experience: Minimum 0–6 months in voice/non-voice international process preferred
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Willingness to work night shifts and rotational schedules
- Immediate joiners preferred
