- Generate and submit invoices for shipments and services on time
- Communicate with clients via email and calls for payment follow-ups
- Handle dispute resolutions and resending of missing invoices
- Prepare weekly AR reports and support cash flow forecasting
- Assist in accounting month-end close activities
- Provide support during audits and training sessions
- Work closely with the collections team and site finance managers
