🧾 Job Role: Process Executive – Prod Ops at Cognizant
In this role, you will support end-to-end claims processing, work on process automation using UiPath, and contribute to continuous improvement strategies within the healthcare payer and provider domains.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Use UiPath to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency
- Process healthcare claims adjudication accurately and in compliance with standards
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claims issues
- Analyze data trends from payer and provider systems to identify gaps and improve performance
- Document procedures and participate in innovation/testing of new automation tools
- Train new team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Ensure all processes comply with current healthcare regulations
📚 Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in UiPath and understanding of RPA tools
- Experience in claims adjudication processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of healthcare payer and provider domain workflows
- Willingness to work night shifts and in a hybrid model
