- 📞 Call Insurance Payers (USA) to resolve denied or pending claims.
- 🔍 Review patient management systems and internal tools to identify issues and solutions.
- ✍️ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), update trackers, and maintain documentation.
- 🧠 Apply logical thinking to investigate and resolve claim issues effectively.
- 📈 Escalate complex issues to supervisors and identify patterns/trends in claims.
- 🔄 Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) process.
✅ Desired Candidate Profile
- 👩🎓 Education: Any degree (except MBA graduates), both graduates and undergraduates welcome.
- 💬 Communication: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
