Role Type: Full-time, Remote (India)
Shift: 9-hour Day Shift (Between 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM, any 5 days a week including weekends)

🧾 Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Customer Service Manager, you will:
- Respond to customer queries via email and CRM tools.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience and drive satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns in a timely, professional manner.
- Recommend optimal services based on customer needs and guide them through their Editage journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Be the voice of the customer within the organization, aiming to turn every interaction into a positive experience.
🧠 Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Excellent written and spoken English skills (Other languages are a plus).
- A customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical understanding and ability to use CRM tools.
- A collaborative spirit to work with internal global teams.
- Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- 0–1 year of customer service experience (Fresh graduates welcome).
