📝 Job Description

As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for:

• Calling insurance payers in the US to resolve denial/non-denial claims
• Understanding PMS and internal workflows for claim status resolution
• Following SOPs and updating issue logs, trackers, and reports
• Identifying claim issues and escalating complex cases
• Participating in training sessions related to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

🧑‍🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• 🎓 Any Graduate or Undergraduate (Except MBA)
• 🗣️ Good communication skills in English
• 🧠 Analytical & logical thinking to resolve issues
• 🌙 Willing to work night shifts (US process)
• Freshers preferred (0–1 years experience)
