✅ Job Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support and resolve customer issues via calls, chats, or email.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to VPN, drivers, Active Directory, O365, and networking basics.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the service management system.
  • Build rapport with customers, listen actively, and provide timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate unresolved technical issues.
  • Participate in client-mandated training programs to enhance skills.
  • Maintain excellent communication and adhere to shift requirements including night shifts.

🧠 Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of Operating Systems, Networking, and Cloud Computing
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Control M is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to handle customers with professionalism and empathy
  • Willing to work in US shifts, 24×7 environment
