We are the captive Shared Service Provider for DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Freight (DGFF). We are an organization of more than 4,600 colleagues complemented by approximately 500 virtual FTE (i.e., bots applied in process automation). Our colleagues are based across six service delivery centers in Mumbai, Chennai, Chengdu, Manila, Bogota & Budapest. Join the Finance – P2P (Procure to Pay) team at DHL Global Forwarding GSC, part of the top 20 Shared Services Organizations globally (SSON, 2022).

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Perform invoice processing, payment handling, query resolution, and month-end close activities.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
Coordinate with global DHL offices and internal teams.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Use ERP systems and collaborate cross-functionally.

🧠 Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields preferred)
0 to 3 years experience in BPO/logistics domain (Freshers welcome)
Good knowledge of MS Office
Proficiency in English – verbal and written
Experience in using ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an added advantage
Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
