Join as a Customer Support Executive handling domestic voice-based queries. This role is perfect for freshers or experienced candidates with strong communication skills.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Attend inbound and outbound customer calls
• Handle inquiries and complaints effectively

• Maintain professionalism during customer interactions
• Ensure data accuracy and adhere to process guidelines

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Any graduate (candidates with arrears can apply)
• Experience: 0 – 2 years
• Location Preference: Candidates from Coimbatore are preferred
• Language: Must be fluent in English + any regional language
• Typing: Minimum 22 WPM with 85% accuracy
• Shift: 5 days working, 2 rotational weekly offs
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
