📌 Key Responsibilities
As a Collections Specialist at Sutherland, you will:
- Review open accounts from the daily aging report.
- Make collection calls (inbound/outbound) and follow up on payment arrangements.
- Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, ensuring timely payments.
- Handle customer service regarding statements, refunds, and billing issues.
- Escalate unresolved non-payments or concerns.
- Update trackers, perform quality checks, and adhere to SOPs.
- Assist in audits, internal assessments, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Billing, and Operations teams for smooth transactions.
- Participate actively in Learning & Development initiatives.
✅ Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree (B.Com preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
