📝 Job Description

As a Presales Executive at Housing.com, you’ll play a key role in connecting customers with their dream properties. Your responsibilities include:

• ☎️ Outbound Calling: Make 350–380 calls daily to prospective customers.
• 🎯 Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and engage potential buyers actively seeking properties.
• 💬 Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties.
• 🗂️ CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and update leads in the CRM system.

👩‍💼 Preferred Candidate Profile

• 🎓 Education: Any graduate or equivalent.
• 📞 Experience: 0–1 year in telesales, presales, or customer service.
• 🗣️ Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• ⚡ Ability to handle high-volume calls and build customer relationships.
• 💻 Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office is a plus.
• 🏢 Basic knowledge of real estate trends is beneficial.
