As an Operations Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless content management and operational workflows. You’ll work closely with producers, manage digital assets, and leverage tools to maintain top-quality content delivery.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Manage and clean raw data from site searches using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
✔️ Collaborate with audio producers to receive and organize files
✔️ Use AI-powered tools for audio mastering and quality assurance
✔️ Upload and manage content in the CMS with accuracy
✔️ Maintain proper metadata, file hygiene, and tagging
✔️ Create and follow process documentation for smooth operations
✔️ Coordinate with teams to fix discrepancies in data or content
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
📌 Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning)
📌 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing files
📌 Ability to learn and adapt to internal tools quickly
📌 Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
📌 Prior experience in operations, content management, or data handling is a plus
