π Job Description β Associate Engineer Trainee
As an Associate Engineer Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive 15-month training program to prepare for real-world engineering challenges.
- π οΈ Training Period:
- First 3 months: Classroom training with a stipend of βΉ25,000/month
- Next 12 months: On-the-job training as an Associate Engineer
- π Final Job Location: Will be decided based on business requirements and management discretion.
- π Service Agreement: Selected candidates must sign a bond of βΉ2 lakhs for a period of 2 years and 9 months.
π Eligibility Criteria
