As a Customer Support Associate (Non-Voice), you will be responsible for providing chat and email support to healthcare clients in an international environment. This is a non-voice role — no phone calls, only written communication.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via chat/email with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Understand and resolve issues by actively listening and analyzing customer needs.
  • Maintain quality standards and meet productivity targets.
  • Document interactions accurately and escalate unresolved issues when needed.
