💼 Job Description
Designation: Trainee Process Associate – AR Caller
Process: International Voice (US Healthcare)
Responsibilities:
- Address outstanding AR (Accounts Receivable) through analysis and phone calls.
- Use available tools and systems to resolve claims – through payment, correction, or escalation.
- Report patterns in denials, billing errors, and credentialing issues.
- Meet SLA (Service Level Agreement) standards for productivity and quality.
- Document call outcomes and claim updates clearly in the billing system.
- Adhere to company policies and stay updated with process changes.
- Continuously improve based on feedback from the quality and operations team.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics/Chemistry/Maths/CS), MBA, or MCA
- Batch: 2020 – 2024 Pass-outs
- Not Eligible: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/Diploma candidates
🧠 Required Skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Good analytical and logical thinking
- Ability to work in night shifts (US Shifts)
- Team player with strong adaptability
⏰ Shift Timings
- 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- (Night Shift – Flexible for both)
