📝 Job Overview
Tech Mahindra is looking for Customer Support Associates (International Voice Process) to join its dynamic team in Pune. If you have great communication skills and are eager to start your career in a reputed MNC, this opportunity is perfect for you.
This role involves assisting international customers over calls, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients in English.
- Understand and resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer data.
- Work closely with supervisors to improve customer experience.
- Follow company guidelines to achieve performance and quality goals.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with customers.
🎓 Qualification & Eligibility
- Any Graduate – Freshers can apply.
- 12th pass candidates with at least 6 months of BPO experience are also eligible.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
🕓 Shift Details
- 5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Week Offs.
- US Rotational Graveyard Shifts (Night shifts).
- 9.5 Hours Shift (including 1 hour break).
- Both-side Cab Facility available (within transport boundary).
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
📍 Work Location
Tech Mahindra Office, Pune, Maharashtra
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Salary up to ₹3.2 LPA (depending on performance & experience).
