Role Overview: Jr. Trainee – Premium Processing

The Jr. Trainee – Premium Processing role is a hybrid position based in Pune, allowing up to 50% remote work. The trainee will support the PP team in day-to-day activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery according to agreed SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete allocated premium processing tasks accurately and on time.
• Escalate queries to Senior Technicians when necessary.
• Engage in personal development and training programs.
• Support the team in meeting service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and risk management protocols.
• Successfully complete training and assessment exercises assigned by Compliance and Training Departments.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Awareness of the insurance industry and its business applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong aptitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in financial services or insurance is a plus.
