About the Role

Zoho is looking for passionate and detail-oriented Software Debug Engineers who enjoy solving real-world problems and ensuring system reliability. In this role, you’ll be responsible for debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues across different environments — from infrastructure to runtime systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the architecture and working of various components and services.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues efficiently across multiple layers.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure performance and reliability.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to provide updates and insights during issue resolution.
• Work in different shifts as per project requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Basic programming knowledge is a big plus.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and explore new technologies.
• Good writing and reporting skills (preferred but not mandatory).

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation Year: 2023, 2024, or 2025 graduates are eligible.
• 2026 graduates are not eligible for this hiring process.
• Relevant experience between 0 to 3 years.
