Role: CSG – IT Enablers Contact Support Group
The Contact Support Group (CSG) acts as the first line of defense for Capgemini’s global IT infrastructure support. The team handles service requests and incidents through email, voice, chat, SSP, and AI-driven BOTs, ensuring a proactive and user-centric IT support experience.
You will play a key role in enabling speedy and satisfactory incident resolution for global clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class customer service and technical troubleshooting over phone, chat, and email.
- Manage tickets – prioritize, categorize, track, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Use Business Intelligence tools to analyze ticket data and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle AI Bot (CHIP) interactions and assist customers in resolving issues faster.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and ensure accurate information sharing.
- Work collaboratively to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Support clients across Telecom, Banking, Healthcare, and Technology domains.
- Handle password resets, internet troubleshooting, and basic IT issues.
- Provide empathetic and professional communication with every customer interaction.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any 3-year diploma or graduation completed in 2025.
- Location: Noida (must be willing to relocate if required).
- Must have an active DigiLocker account and a mobile number linked with Aadhaar at the time of application.
