About the Role

The Ops Support Specialist 4 (Chat Customer Service Specialist) is an entry-level operations role responsible for providing essential support services. This includes document management, data maintenance, account processing, and coordination with both internal teams and clients. Candidates in this role will act as a link between operations teams, managers, custodians, and customers.

This job requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures while supporting day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Candidates selected for this position will be responsible for:

  • Completing assignments by following established procedures and resolving complex issues that require detailed investigation.
