Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

The HR Intern role is designed to give freshers real-time exposure to HR operations, recruitment workflow, onboarding, documentation, and other HR functions. Candidates will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR team at the Wonderla Chennai Park.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations and administrative activities
  • Assist the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding, documentation, and induction processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related tasks
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in data management

Eligibility & Requirements

  • MBA / PG HR students or fresh graduates (Human Resources specialization)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage
  • Candidates who can join within a week will be preferred

Stipend & Duration

  • Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 per month
  • Duration: 3 Months (Contractual)
