Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via email in a professional manner
Analyze issues and provide accurate resolutions
Use internal tools and resources to troubleshoot customer concerns
Document cases and maintain detailed reports
Handle store-based, employee-based, and coupon-related escalations

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
Experience in USA-based process preferred
