Job Summary

Cognizant is hiring Customer Service Professionals for its remote Customer Support division. As the first point of contact for customers, you will deliver timely assistance, handle queries, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with commitment to quality service.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Certification Required

  • Customer Service Excellence Certification or equivalent.
