Key Responsibilities

Security Operations & Monitoring

  • Oversee day-to-day security operations across the facility or property.
  • Ensure all security protocols, systems, and surveillance tools are functioning properly.
  • Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and emergency equipment regularly.
  • Maintain visitor management systems and ensure proper ID issuance.

Team Management

  • Supervise security guards and safety personnel across shifts.
  • Conduct training sessions on emergency procedures, fire safety, and security protocols.
  • Plan duty rosters, monitor attendance, and manage vendor security teams.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company security policies, client requirements, and local regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
  • Report incidents, security breaches, or hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare safety documentation and maintain security-related reports.

Emergency Response & Crisis Handling

  • Handle emergency situations such as fire alarms, evacuations, or medical emergencies.
  • Act as the first point of contact during crises and coordinate with external authorities if needed.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Prepare incident reports, daily security updates, and monthly security summaries.
  • Coordinate with facility managers, property managers, and external agencies.
  • Assist with access approvals, ID card management, and visitor passes.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in security management or facility security operations.
  • Strong understanding of security systems, access controls, and emergency procedures.
  • Experience handling team supervision and vendor coordination.
  • Good communication skills in English and local language.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage emergencies efficiently.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, audits, and compliance processes.
