CTC: ₹4,56,072 per annum
• Fixed: ₹2,76,072
• Variable: ₹1,80,000 (Top performers earn up to ₹25,000 monthly variable)

Role & Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential prospects
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Recommend property-related solutions to customers
- Make outbound calls using leads provided (primary + secondary data)
- Follow up with old and new leads daily
- Achieve revenue targets and ensure high-quality customer interaction
- Maintain professionalism and meet company service standards
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Any Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree (B.A., BBA, B.Tech, MBA, etc.)
Experience
- 0 to 2 years (freshers welcomed)
Languages
- English and Hindi or Kannada (mandatory)
- Tamil/Telugu (optional)
Other Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Ability to manage a 9-hour shift between 10 AM – 7 PM
- Comfortable working 6 days a week (weekday off)
