Role & Responsibilities
- Review customer issues using analytical skills and available tools
- Provide accurate details and follow-up when required
- Use the correct email templates and document customer records
- Handle store-based, employee-based, and digital coupon-related cases
- Ensure positive customer experience through timely and accurate responses
- Maintain high attention to detail and follow resolution processes
- Understand cases deeply and apply the right method for resolution

Education
