Job Description

Omega Healthcare is looking for enthusiastic and communication-strong candidates for its International Voice Process. The role involves interacting with insurance companies in the US, monitoring accounts receivable, and following up on pending claims.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring receivables and ensuring timely follow-ups
• Making calls to insurance companies to track pending claims
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Coordinating with the team to close claims effectively
• Working with minimal supervision while meeting productivity targets

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal communication in English
• Willing to work in night shift
• Any graduate (MBA and Life Science graduates are not eligible)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
• Immediate joiners will be given preference

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
