Sutherland is expanding its team and seeking Collection Specialists to manage customer accounts, monitor payments, handle collection calls, and ensure timely recovery of dues. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach.

📝 Roles & Responsibilities
Review open accounts from the daily ageing report
Monitor & maintain assigned accounts
Make outbound/inbound collection calls professionally
Collect customer payments as per due dates
Follow up on pending payments and arrangements
Escalate non-payment or no-response cases
Send statements, handle customer refunds, process account adjustments
Resolve billing issues and maintain good customer service
Identify reasons for account delinquency and coordinate for resolution
Assist with cleanup of unapplied credits & short-paid invoices
Send dunning letters for delinquent accounts
Coordinate with Sales & Operations for account-related updates
