📌 About the Role – What Does a KDP Support Analyst Do?

As the front-line support for publishers and authors using Kindle Direct Publishing, you will handle customer queries via:

  • 📧 Email

Your main responsibility is to deliver a seamless, professional, and helpful support experience for global authors.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support

  • Respond to KDP author queries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide accurate, polite, and clear communication.
  • Ensure timely responses following Amazon’s SLAs.

2. Issue Troubleshooting

  • Use customer service tools to research, analyze, and resolve issues.
  • Identify patterns and escalate systemic problems.
  • Document all interactions clearly and concisely.

3. Process Excellence

  • Follow Amazon’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Meet productivity, quality, and time-management KPIs.
  • Suggest improvements to internal workflows.

4. Team Collaboration

🎓 Basic Qualifications

Candidates must have:

  • ✔ Fluency in spoken & written English
  • ✔ Minimum 1 year experience in voice/chat/email customer support
  • ✔ Strong communication and analytical skills
  • ✔ Ability to work from the office (no WFH/VCC option)
  • ✔ Proficiency in web navigation, browsers, and basic internet usage
  • ✔ Ability to research issues and categorize customer concerns
  • ✔ Good typing and documentation skills
  • ✔ High-speed internet connection (for internal tools access)
    • Octane 2.0 Score: ≥ 30,000
    • Latency: ≤ 150 ms
    • Download Speed: ≥ 3 Mbps
