Key Responsibilities
As a Service Desk Analyst L2, you will be the first point of contact for B2B users and responsible for troubleshooting IT issues in line with Wipro’s Service Desk objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing primary support to end-users via calls, emails, chats, and portals
- Becoming familiar with client-specific applications and processes
- Logging service desk tickets accurately and following escalation protocols
- Maintaining MIS & resolution logs
- Updating customer status and providing feedback to internal teams
- Identifying process improvements to enhance service delivery

- Service Desk Delivery – Adherence to TAT, SLA, and customer satisfaction
