As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide technical chat and ticket support to customers worldwide. Your job is to resolve queries, guide users on Namecheap products/services, and help them configure hosting, domains, and related tools.
🧑💻 What You Will Do
- Provide chat-based technical support for Namecheap customers.
- Handle support tickets and assist clients across global time zones.
- Help customers understand and configure Namecheap products (domains, hosting, security features, etc.)
- Troubleshoot issues and offer clear, step-by-step guidance.
- Deliver customer service in a professional and friendly manner.

You must have:
- UG/PG degree in any stream
- Excellent English (verbal & written)
- Willingness to work rotational shifts (Morning, Evening, Night)
