🎯 What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
📞 1. Support Customers Across Multiple Channels
- Assist HubSpot users via phone, email, and live chat
- Manage fluctuating volume of customer queries professionally
🧠 2. Troubleshoot & Resolve Technical Issues
- Use HubSpot’s troubleshooting frameworks
- Recreate technical issues and investigate product-level concerns
- Identify bugs and gaps to improve customer experience
📊 3. Provide Product Navigation & Training
- Help customers understand HubSpot tools
- Guide them to use tools effectively to grow their business
🤝 4. Collaborate With Internal Teams
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams
- Identify opportunities in customer accounts and refer leads to Sales
💬 5. Deliver Customer-Centric Communication
- Provide empathetic, clear, and personalized resolutions
