🧑💼 Key Responsibilities
As a MyHR Live Support Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of live phone calls and chats
- Resolving HR-related employee queries using SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge bases
- Providing empathetic and personalized support during live interactions
- Managing urgent employee issues with limited information
- Using critical thinking to balance employee needs and company policies
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve cross-functional issues
- Maintaining performance metrics such as:
- First Contact Resolution (FCR)
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
- Average Handling Time (AHT)
- Adhering to strict schedules, breaks, and shift timings
- Working flexible shifts including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
🎓 Eligibility Criteria (Basic Qualifications)
To apply for this role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Any discipline)
- 0–10+ years of experience in:
- Contact Center
- Customer Service
- HR Operations
- Or equivalent roles
- Excellent English communication skills (85%+ fluency)
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment
- Stable internet connection (50–100 Mbps) before joining

- 5+ years of experience in HR or Contact Center roles
- Knowledge of US Leave of Absence & Accommodation policies
