- Role: Customer Success – Associate (Post Traineeship)

💼 What You’ll Do
- Learn the Recruit CRM platform and recruitment workflows
- Handle customer queries via chat, email & video calls
- Understand user needs and share insights with Product & Engineering teams
- Solve customer challenges with effective solutions
- Build long-term client relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer experience consistently
🎓 Traineeship Program Details
- Duration: 6 Months
- Working Hours: 8.5 hours/day
- Stipend: ₹20,000 per month
💰 After Training (Based on Performance)
- Role: Customer Success – Associate
- CTC: ₹8,00,000 per annum
- ₹6,00,000 Base Salary
- ₹2,00,000 Performance Pay
🕒 Work Shifts (Post Training)
- Europe: 12 PM – 10 PM (Mon–Fri)
- Asia Pacific: 6 AM – 4 PM (Mon–Fri)
- Half North America: 4 PM – 2 AM (Mon–Fri)
- Full North America: 8 PM – 6 AM (Mon–Fri)
- Middle East: Flexible (4 or 5 working days/week)
Shift allocation depends on business requirements.
🎯 Who Can Apply?
- Freshers graduating in 2025 or 2026
- Any UG / PG degree (all specializations eligible)
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
