Job Role – Company Apprentice / Government Apprentice
As a Company Apprentice, you will work on production, line assembly, and quality processes while learning the operational workflows of a leading organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow production and operational instructions efficiently
- Support quality control, line assembly, and manufacturing processes
- Provide oral and written feedback to improve workflows
- Learn to use manufacturing machinery and tools effectively
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Eligibility & Skills:
- Fresh graduates or 0-1 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or quality
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing/operational processes
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S principles, Six Sigma, logistics, and supply chain management
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain discipline in processes
