As an International Voice Process Executive, you will:
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls
- Provide excellent customer service and issue resolution
- Communicate clearly with global customers
- Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
- Maintain service quality and performance metrics
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 0–5 years in inbound/outbound voice process
- Freshers with excellent communication are welcome
- Strong grammar, pronunciation, and sentence construction
- Languages required:
- Malayalam + English OR
- Hindi + English
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (5 days work + 2 days off)
- Immediate joiners preferred
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Education: HSC Passed / Any Graduate
- Arrears: Can be considered
- UG Degree: Not mandatory
