🔍 Job Summary
As a PE – Accounts Payable, you will play a critical role in managing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy across procure-to-pay processes. You will actively contribute to operational efficiency by leveraging MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation while supporting month-end close activities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process accounts payable transactions with high accuracy
- Ensure timely vendor payments and compliance with company policies
- Use MS Excel to analyze financial data and prepare reports
- Collaborate with procurement teams to improve procure-to-pay workflows
- Monitor and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end closing activities and AP entries
- Assist in preparing financial statements with AP data
- Maintain organized records for audits and internal reviews
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve queries
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Support implementation of new tools and technologies
- Adhere to night shift schedules while maintaining productivity and quality
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis & reporting)
- Good understanding of Accounts Payable processes and best practices
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
🎓 Certifications Required
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP)
