Job Description – What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Consultant / Associate – Account Management, your responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers
- Handling high-volume inbound calls professionally
- Answering customer queries related to products and services
- Processing payments and account maintenance requests
- Providing exceptional customer support and issue resolution
- Upselling or cross-selling products and services when required
- Using CRM tools and multiple applications to manage customer interactions
Eligibility & Qualifications
Candidates applying for this role should have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong reading and comprehension abilities
- Ability to multi-task using multiple systems
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
- Prior customer service experience is preferred (not mandatory)
