Job Description – What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Consultant / Associate – Account Management, your responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Handling high-volume inbound calls professionally
  • Answering customer queries related to products and services
  • Processing payments and account maintenance requests
  • Providing exceptional customer support and issue resolution
  • Upselling or cross-selling products and services when required
  • Using CRM tools and multiple applications to manage customer interactions

Eligibility & Qualifications
