🧑💼 About the Role
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for both outbound and inbound customer interactions, ensuring excellent service quality and improving customer satisfaction ratings.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to recent passengers to collect feedback and ratings
- Handle inbound customer calls related to service queries and technical issues
- Explain the importance of feedback and resolve minor issues quickly
- Meet daily call volume and conversion targets
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports
- Coordinate with the ground operations team to resolve on-trip issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in the CRM system

- 1 to 3 years of experience in:
- Tele-calling

- Backend operations

- Fluent in English
- Must know Tamil / Telugu / Kannada (any one or more)
