1–3 years in US Banking / IRA / Retirement Accounts / BFS Operations
Skills:
IRA operations knowledge

Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IRA accounts as per federal regulations
Process IRA contributions, distributions, rollovers & transfers
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Monitor transactions with high accuracy
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Execute tasks as per defined SLAs and SOPs
Stay updated with tax laws and retirement account regulations
Required Skills & Competencies
Working knowledge of IRA products & retirement operations
Compliance-focused mindset
Strong analytical ability
Stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to handle complex BFS operations independently
