About the Role – OTC Collection
As an OTC Collection Executive at HCLTech, you will be responsible for managing high-value customer accounts, improving cash flow, and ensuring timely collections while meeting defined SLAs and targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle collections for complex and high-profile customer accounts
- Manage aged receivables and ensure timely recovery
- Implement service stops and removals as per process
- Review unapplied cash and on-account payments
- Identify potential write-offs and clear aged debts
- Meet monthly and quarterly cash and debt targets
- Execute dunning process and coordinate legal collections when required
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives
- Support new process implementations
- Ensure adherence to best-in-class collection strategies
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years experience in OTC Collections (Mandatory)
- Finance background preferred (B.Com / MBA Finance)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written English)
- Willing to work in US night shifts
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills
- Experience in meeting collection targets and SLAs
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Immediate joiners preferred (less than 15 days notice period)
