About the Role
As an Ecommerce Product Content Publishing Specialist, you will play a key role in managing product data, publishing digital content, and ensuring high-quality product detail pages (PDPs) across eCommerce platforms. The role involves close coordination with merchandising, technology, and operations teams to meet content standards and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Candidates applying for this role should have:
- Prior experience in eCommerce operations, digital content publishing, or product onboarding workflows
- Exposure to the retail domain and PDP optimization best practices
- Strong attention to detail with a quality assurance mindset
- Ability to follow SOPs and maintain compliance with content standards
- Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Strong time management skills to handle high-volume tasks within SLA
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone)
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and maintain size chart data in Stella and publish in AEM to generate Canvas IDs
- Create and update PDS jobs and raise DAG requests when required
- Upload product videos in AEM, generate Video IDs, and link them to PDPs in Stella
- Import 3rd Variant documents into Stella and tag attributes across all Web ID variations
(Master, Regular, Plus, Petite)
- Ensure correct attribute setup as per 3V guidelines
- Validate MASTER and MEMBER consistency across platforms
