Sutherland is hiring candidates for International Voice Technical Support, where you will be responsible for handling real-time voice calls and providing technical assistance to international customers.
📌 Job Criteria & Eligibility
- Immediate joiners only
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice Process
- Technical knowledge is mandatory
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle real-time customer calls confidently

- Work Schedule: 5 days working
- Shifts: Rotational shifts (Predominantly Night Shifts)
